Services
Three services. One team, from brief to shipment.
Product development and sampling, ethical factory matching, and management consulting for garment manufacturers. The first two are one engagement for a buyer. The third is for the factories, and it is why the first two work.
01 · For buyers
Product development & sampling
We start with product analysis and development. Bring a tech pack, a sample or a sketch; we work out what it takes to make it well in Indonesia, at what quantity, and with which of our partner factories, then develop and sample it with the factory that will actually run it.
What you get: a developed product, physical samples, and a factual costing built on the factory's real numbers rather than an agent's estimate.
02 · For buyers
Ethical factory matching
We connect you to a partner factory we have audited on ethical grounds and stood inside ourselves. You get transparent access to that factory's production profile and to the team that does the work, not just a factory name. Through the run you get a factual production status report, not a reassurance.
Low minimum order quantities and lower surcharge costs are possible because the relationship behind them is strategic, not transactional. We stay on the floor for the run; the factory is not left to interpret the brief alone and neither are you.
- Minimum orderFrom 1,000 units, woven and knit
03 · For partner factories
Management consulting
For garment manufacturers: we support process effectiveness from the product development flow through to its technical detail, and compliance audit and set-up. Our consultancy is tailored to each client, to make an organization's own processes work better rather than to install someone else's.
All of it is what lets a factory connect with global clients who expect a strategic partnership. The regulatory side of this work is published openly at WorkRight Insight ID, so the rules a factory has to meet are in reach before an audit, not after.
One company does both on purpose.
Most agents hand you a factory. Most consultants hand you a report. Then both of them leave. We are the client's sourcing partner and the partner factory's advisor at the same time, which is the only position from which the problems that come up mid-run can actually be solved.
